Definitely. Although you must acknowledge that 'standard' is a very subjective term so a different chart by a different rsearcher could be different because of the difficulties of generalising about children's development rather than a clear-cut contrast with what is noted in this chart because it is about children with hearing impairment.
Please note this is from a school for the deaf so it is not standard development :)
